I accidentally 1 click ordered a couch via Amazon and immediately tried to cancel before the item was shipped. I wrote several emails over 3 days and attempted to call customer service.

I didn't receive a reply to any of the emails sent to the address I was directed to for order cancellation and the phone number immediately went to the voicemail of someone named Michelle. No reply to messages. After contacting my bank, I attempted the "change your order" option meant for changing your shipping address or contact info and received a response right away. The order has been cancelled and they say they will refund purchase in 3-5 days.

All in all it could've been worse. If anyone has similar issues making contact I suggest trying ALL departments/email addresses! If the item had shipped they would've charged a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. I realize it was my mistake but, in my opinion, a legitimate company would have some way of making contact.

In my attempt to find more information regarding my options, I read several customer reviews stating the color was not accurate and what was advertised as "real leather" was actually vinyl.

I can't say whether or not that is true as I never received the sofa, but furniture mania does not appear to be an entirely honest operation. My issue seems to have been resolved but I thought my experience may help someone else so I decided to post a review.
